I feel like there's a stigma regarding certain nail varnishes and seasons - why are blues so 'summery'? I wear these polishes all year round and I absolutely love them to bits. Pair them with a beige or cream wooly jumper and I think they would look lovely on your nails - even when the snow is falling and you're wondering why the house is so cold, even when the central heating is on!

    1. Me too - I have quite red hands and find it really difficult to find nail varnish that looks ok :-) xx

  4. I think blue with a snowflake shape in white over the top is a perfect way to get blue as more of a wintery nail colour. I have so many blues and never actually wear them. This post has made me want to try and work them more often.

  5. I recently popped into boots and bought barry m 'teal', such a lovely metallic shade but I'm too scared to wear it as I tend to steer away from colours like blues and greens but they are so pretty!

  7. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I am glad you found a use for the vase! I found mine at the dollar store and I was thrilled! I also got the beads from the dollar store, but I am thinking of switching them out though as they are pretty light and tend to fall out every time I grab a brush! Ha!

I actually got the idea from pinterest and thought it was perfect as I had no where to put my brushes! Love your blog, definitely a new reader here :)
